Store and account
Provide accurate contact details and addresses, and protect your password. Your account is for your own use. Do not attempt to access other accounts or orders.
Products and prices
Prices are in Yemeni rials. Product prices, discounts and confirmed fees are shown before order confirmation. Product information does not replace a prescription or pharmacist review. Orders requiring pharmacist review are verified before dispensing.
Confirmation and payment
Pay on delivery or by transfer to a local wallet. Wallet payments are confirmed only after staff verification. When delivery fees await confirmation, your request is provisional. We contact you to agree the fee and final total before preparation or requesting transfer.
Collection, delivery and returns
Choose a collection center or an available delivery address. Delivery times are not guaranteed until confirmed with you. Return requests follow the published return policy, product condition and pharmacist review where required.
